Awareness for Women
(Teens & Adults) 

Participants will dance converting the Hawaiian Hula into self defense developing confidence through increased awareness, preparedness, courage and value for self. Participants will learn techniques for real-life application against a push, choke, hair pull, shirt and wrist grab, rape prevention, discussion of weapons, identifying possible situations, and bullying – cyber and physical, and more. Mother and daughter teams welcomed! No experience necessary. Please wear comfortable workout clothes. 

Program fee $65 and $49 for each additional participant registering at the same time

Presenter: Michelle Manu – Is a Senior Black Belt in martial arts with over 30 years of training. She empowers women and actively trains, teaches, and speaks on television and radio about women’s inherent value, self-defense and safety through her international SHE (Super Hero Experience) Program.
