Golden West Science Camp is a fun and exciting experience offered to students entering 4th through 8th grades. This week-long camp will have morning workshops for younger campers and afternoon workshops for older campers, with hands-on experiments and activities catered to each age group. This summer, campers will focus on solving problems encountered when traveling through outer space.Topics include biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, astronomy, and geology. This Camp is sure to engage young minds and enhance understanding of many scientific topics.

Presenters: The workshops are run by Golden West College faculty excited to share their love of science with the scientists of tomorrow. Kay Dutz and Matt Carlson are Chemistry instructors; Travis Vail, Stephanie Tanio, and Nam Vu teach Biology; John Hobgood and Gita Alemansour are instructors of Math and Physics.
