Strengthen your back, lose inches, and get stronger than you imagined possible! Foundation Training body weight exercises are part training and part therapy. Alleviate back pain, prevent injuries, and elevate your performance in your favorite sport or activity by learning to move as nature intended. Bring a mat or blanket and a small towel. Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing. No shoes to be worn in workshop.
