Aromatherapy and massage are wonderful complements to one another. Essential oils can be used with various types of massage to increase therapeutic benefits.

Learn basic Swedish massage and acupressure techniques that will help reduce the tightness and minor aches and pains in the high-tension areas of the head, neck, and shoulders.

Sabai Thai™ ~ Traditional Thai Massage
Table Thai for the Spa™ – Sabai Thai™ is a unique professional protocol adapted from the Traditional Thai floor-style massage. It is especially designed for use on a massage table and in the spas.

Introduction to Chair Massage
Participants will learn to give massage with the client fully clothed in a sitting position. No oil is used. The workshop will focus primarily on the high-tension areas of the neck, shoulders, arms and upper back, including massage strokes as well as acupressure points.

Introduction to Acupressure
Acupressure is the ancient healing art that uses the fingers and thumbs to press key points on the body to stimulate the body’s natural self-curative abilities. This workshop introduces the theories of “chi” and 14 energy meridians.
