  • Throughout the world T'ai Chi is practiced for its physical and mental health benefits, however, there are forms of T'ai Chi that are specifically designed to facilitate spiritual transformation and awakening. In this workshop participants will learn a T’ai Chi routine reputed to have been created at Wudang Mountain in the 13th century by the legendary Taoist Master Chang San Feng.
