All the Right Moves

Statistics show that dance is important for brain function. This workshop is an introduction to the methodology of the Universal Unit System that teaches the ability to dance to any music without memorizing steps. Participants will learn similarities, not differences, of social dances. They will match movement to music using the music of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and others from the Great American Song Book. Come enjoy the benefits of improved focus, concentration, balance and brain function. No partner needed.
